Class Schedule
Below you'll find class descriptions and fees. Half the class fee is required to hold your
spot with the remainder due the day of the class. Each class is limited to 6 students, so
call and reserve your place. Class dates are listed on the calendar.
Beginner Cross-Stitch: Joyce Paxson gets you started on the right foot with clear,
easy instructions and lots of tips. 2 hour class $15.00
Over-2 Cross-Stitch: This is one of those things that sounds so much harder than it
is. It's so much easier than you think. You work on easy to see fabric, learn the sewing
method, get lots of tips and have lots of fun with Janis Kloppenberg teaching you. Once you
learn you won't want to go back to Aida. 2 hour class $20.00
Stitching Over 1: There is a special technique that keeps your thread from slipping
and allows your tiny stitching to go faster and look smoother. Joyce Paxson is the shop
expert and will teach this fun class. 2 hour class $20.00
Beginner Hardanger: Let Barb Martin take the "hard" out of Hardanger. It's much
easier than it looks! You need to be comfortable stitching "over 2" for this class. 3 hour
class - $25.00.
Intermediate Hardanger: This class lets you build on the techniques and knowledge
gained in the Beginner Hardanger Class. 3 hour class - $25.00
Russian Punchneedle: Learn basic punchneedle using the 1-strand and 3-strand needle.
You will also learn different techniques such as clipping for a fuzzy look, sculpting and manipulating different kinds
of thread. This class is taught by Linda Kersting. - $20.00
